Before you commit
A few practical questions.
Is the calculator a final quote?
It estimates the published full-suite annual scope. Your final quote reflects the contracted athlete capacity, services, custom requirements, and term. The written agreement controls the final scope and price.
Can we start with fewer than 100 athletes?
Yes. The standard annual minimum remains $50,000. A 12-week pilot covers up to 50 athletes for $7,500. If you need a different cohort or duration, request a custom scope.
Does the pilot fee apply toward the annual price?
The pilot and annual agreement are priced separately. Any conversion credit must be expressly included in your written proposal.
Do custom builds change the subscription price?
They can. A custom statement of work identifies one-time development or implementation fees and any recurring hosting, maintenance, or service fees. Changes are agreed in writing before the additional work begins.
Can we use our existing systems and clinical team?
We start by mapping your current workflow and designated clinical team. Any required integration is reviewed for feasibility and included in the agreed scope. Your university provides clinicians and owns treatment and emergency response.
Can we choose a multi-year agreement?
Yes. Discounts apply to two- and three-year university contracts. Your scope of work confirms the discount rate, the fees it applies to, each year’s price, and the total commitment. Explore multi-year discounts ↗
